Where it all started

My personal fitness journey commenced during my formative years, where I overcame my lack of athleticism with a relentless determination to improve physically. My love for an active lifestyle led me to engage in various outdoor activities, including roller hockey, biking, tennis, swimming, and more. At 15, I embarked on a martial arts journey, competing and coaching for several years. This early exposure ignited my curiosity about the human body, nutrition, and overall well-being.

My Journey

Like most teenagers, I devoured fitness magazines and books, experimenting with countless training methods and dietary approaches to discover what worked best for me. This transformative experience motivated me to shift my educational path from graphic design to pursuing certifications in strength and conditioning coaching, personal training, movement assessment, injury rehabilitation, and a myriad of nutrition courses. My commitment to learning remains unwavering, as I continuously seek knowledge to provide clients with the most up-to-date, science-based advice for promoting health, longevity, performance, muscle development, strength, and optimal body composition. With over 28 years of active participation in the fitness industry, I’m grateful to my many mentors like Paul Chek, Charles Poliquin, the NASM, Functional Movement Screen, Champion Performance, Precision Nutrition, and countless others.

My Experience

I'm obsessed with personal growth and passionate about delivering the latest insights to our clients, ensuring they achieve their health and fitness goals. My journey has allowed me to collaborate with a diverse clientele, spanning the globe and encompassing all age groups, from competitive athletes across various sports to individuals seeking injury rehabilitation and every conceivable fitness objective. Whether in person or through online coaching, I've had the privilege of meeting incredible people and guiding them on their path to success.
