James has helped me achieve my goals immensely! I wanted to increase my strength and add a little bit of muscle and size to my build. This would have allowed me to perform at a higher level within my sport of MMA. I started training with James at the age of 16 and I am now 24 and have seen a massive improvement in that time. When picking a personal trainer, I was looking for someone that had a vast knowledge of their chosen field, so that they could help to guide me towards my goals and help me achieve them. With James that was no problem at all as he has the most knowledge and experience out of anyone I’ve ever met, he truly is like an encyclopaedia of knowledge! This made it easy to pick James as my personal trainer, he is also the nicest person I’ve ever met and always makes you feel warm and cared for throughout the sessions! The sessions always feel fun and enjoyable and therefore you always want to go back for more! I'm not very sporty and wasn't doing any active sports except for regular walking for exercise. I wanted to improve my fitness (and lose weight). That is when I started looking for a personal trainer. I had met a few before I met James. James was very warm, encouraging. We has a long chat and I decided then and there I will train with him. Once I started working with him, I realised he is very knowledgeable and very patient. Given my fitness level, it was important to work through patiently with realistic goals. He understands the clients' circumstances and needs and works accordingly. I have definitely seen improvement in my fitness levels.

I was looking for a professional and experienced trainer who will understand and direct me in the right direction. I wanted to improve my athletic performance.
